The 2.5m Kettler Free Arm Parasol has a high quality powder coated aluminium pole with a highly durable 2.5m polyester canopy. The parasol stands over your garden furniture, so you can enjoy relaxing outdoors in comfort without a pole in the middle. Thecanopy is available in a choice of colours including Taupe, Natural and Slate, so you can match the umbrella to the style of your garden.
The durable Kettler free arm parasol is made with a sturdy aluminium pole with 0.5mm thick steel ribs, which keep the canopy securely in place. The 2.5m wide polyester canopy is PU coated and has a UV50+ protection rating so your guests can dine in comfort, even when the mid-day sun is shining. Furthermore, it has a colour fastness grading of 6 to prevent the colour of the canopy from fading.
You can easily open and close the canopy with the simple wind-up mechanism and the lever on the side makes it easy to lower and raise the canopy. You can swivel the canopy by 360 degree so you can get shade even as the sun moves, without the need for repositioning the parasol.
The freestanding parasol comes with the base included, which is split into 4 parts so you can easily fill it with water and sand. Available in a choice of 3 different colours; Taupe, Natural or Slate, you can match the canopy with the rest of your garden furniture. When not in use wind-down the parasol and cover it with the protective cover provided, to keep it looking its best for years to come.
Express Parcel Shipping:
Order before noon (Mon -Fri*) For same-day dispatch, usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
Standard Parcel Shipping:
A fully tracked service, usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
Premium Delivery by Oaktree:
Selected postcodes can choose delivery using our vans & drivers. This is usually a two-person service, and they will assist in moving your products. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date, usually within five business days.
Express Delivery Service:
Our couriers aim to deliver the next business day if ordered before noon (Mon – Fri*). Selected addresses in Scotland, Wales & Cornwall may take longer but usually two business days.
The courier will try to call or text about an hour before delivery. Please note we cannot specify a time window. (AM delivery can be arranged for an additional fee; please contact us)
This is a one-person service. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please check the packaging is undamaged. The driver will typically take photos as proof of delivery. Should there be an issue, please report it to the driver and contact us within 24 hours.

Isle of Wight Large Product Deliveries
We do not offer a regular service to the Isle of Wight. However, our couriers can provide a bespoke service if you need a product urgently. Otherwise, contact us, and we will do our best to find a cost-effective solution.

Easy Returns:
You can send back or exchange any items you bought from us. However you will have to pay for the return postage.
For smaller items, you could use a service such as Royal Mail or Interparcel . We advise you use tracked insured service.
For larger items like BBQs or garden furniture, it's best to contact us to arrange collection. The collection fee for larger pallet-delivered items, starts at £75 and £100 for garden furniture sets. You can reach our Customer Service team at 01344 578333 or ecom@oaktreegardencentre.co.uk to confirm the fee and schedule the collection.
Make sure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. The product remains your responsibility until it safely reaches our warehouse. (Please retain proof of postage)
We cannot refund items that don't make it back to us or are not in original condition & packaging .
Faulty Goods: You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 30 hours of delivery.
Damaged on Delivery: For goods that have arrived with damage caused by the Courier, You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 24 hours from the date of receiving delivery.

Our Warranty: Oaktree Garden Centre offer a one-year warranty from the original purchase date on any qualifying products with proof of purchase.
Extended Manufacturer Warranties: A number of products are offered with an extended manufacturer warranty.
