The Medium Long Kasai Konro grill with its British made stylish brushed stainless steel finish, floating feet, handles and a natural sustainable mineral tiles is perfect for both home use and the rigours of a professional kitchen. It is the perfect size for any surface due to its compact design. Offering versatility, better flavour and a more enjoyable cooking experience than you would ever imagine. Not only is it a game changer for grilling meats, fish, vegetables, it is the ultimate sous vide finishing tool, and believe us we have tried a lot of sous vide cooked food.

Our Kasai Grills Tiles are made from a natural mineral that goes through a process called exfoliation to become our Kasai Tile. Our special Kasai Tiles reflect heat back into the grill thus making the temperatures more consistent. They have been specially designed to withstand temperatures of up to almost 1,200ºC/ 2,200ºF We have really hit our sustainability aim here, as once the tiles are black, we can offer you replacement tiles, and the old tiles can be ground and used by gardeners. They are an effective soil conditioner that can loosen compacted soil, provide drainage, and hold three to four times its weight in water.

Furniture & BBQ Delivery

Premium Delivery by Oaktree:
Selected postcodes can choose delivery using our vans & drivers. This is usually a two-person service, and they will assist in moving your products. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date, usually within five business days.

Express Delivery Service:
Our couriers aim to deliver the next business day if ordered before noon (Mon – Fri*). Selected addresses in Scotland, Wales & Cornwall may take longer but usually two business days.
The courier will try to call or text about an hour before delivery. Please note we cannot specify a time window. (AM delivery can be arranged for an additional fee; please contact us)
This is a one-person service. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please check the packaging is undamaged. The driver will typically take photos as proof of delivery. Should there be an issue, please report it to the driver and contact us within 24 hours.

Please Note:

• BBQs will usually be delivered on a non-returnable pallet
• Our courier will not leave orders without a signature unless you have instructed us beforehand via email of a safe space or location, and you agree to accept full responsibility for loss or unchecked damage.
• If access is likely a problem, please contact us before placing your order.
• The driver cannot move the goods inside your property due to insurance and health and safety issues.
• If you are unavailable when your goods are delivered on your pre-booked delivery date, re-delivery charges will apply.

Isle of Wight Large Product Deliveries

We do not offer a regular service to the Isle of Wight. However, our couriers can provide a bespoke service if you need a product urgently. Otherwise, contact us, and we will do our best to find a cost-effective solution.

Easy Returns:

You can send back or exchange any items you bought from us. However you will have to pay for the return postage.

For smaller items, you could use a service such as Royal Mail or Interparcel . We advise you use tracked insured service.

For larger items like BBQs or garden furniture, it's best to contact us to arrange collection. The collection fee for larger pallet-delivered items, starts at £75 and £100 for garden furniture sets. You can reach our Customer Service team at 01344 578333 or ecom@oaktreegardencentre.co.uk to confirm the fee and schedule the collection.

Make sure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. The product remains your responsibility until it safely reaches our warehouse. (Please retain proof of postage)

We cannot refund items that don't make it back to us or are not in original condition & packaging .

Faulty Goods: You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 30 hours of delivery.

Damaged on Delivery: For goods that have arrived with damage caused by the Courier, You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 24 hours from the date of receiving delivery.

Our Warranty: Oaktree Garden Centre offer a one-year warranty from the original purchase date on any qualifying products with proof of purchase.

Extended Manufacturer Warranties: A number of products are offered with an extended manufacturer warranty.
