Standard Orders

Express-Tracked Delivery:

Free UK Shipping over £50 (Ex N.I, Highlands and Isles)

To get your priority order to you as quickly as possible we use couriers including APC, DPD and Royal Mail, depending on the product ordered and your location.

• Orders placed before 1 pm on a working day* will usually be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 1 pm are typically dispatched the next working day.
• We send all packages using a Next Day* Tracked service where possible.
• Please note: Dispatch & courier delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed.
• *Working day: Monday to Friday ex Holidays.

Express Tracked Delivery:

Free over £100* Excludes selected products, where a fixed shipping price is displayed on product page.

For your convenience, we will call to arrange a suitable dispatch date for your delivery. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch depending on your location.

Some larger BBQs and furniture sets may be delivered on a wooden pallet. Please note the driver will offload the order or pallet to the nearest suitable kerbside and will not usually be able to assist with any carrying. Additionally, the pallet is non-returnable.

Please Read:

• Your delivery address must be accessible and legal for a larger HGV to access and offload (At least 305cm wide and 427cm height clearance and not over steep)
• Offloading must be on a suitable flat surface, not gravel, grass or mud etc.
• Please call us if you have any concerns and we will do our best to find an alternative delivery method.

Premium 2 Man Delivery Service 3 – 7 Days

Using our fleet of vans, we will deliver your order to your chosen accessible location.

We will call to confirm the delivery day, and shortly before we arrive on the day.

This service is only available in selected regions

Click & Collect Orders

We offer a Click & Collect service if you are local to our Garden Centre. We will contact you by email or phone when your order is ready to collect.

Please bring the following

• Proof of ID (Eg Passport, Driving license, Recent proof of billing address)
• Order details 

Highlands, Northern Ireland and Islands

We can offer a bespoke delivery service for these areas. Please call for your quote.

International

We can deliver internationally, please call us for further information and pricing.

Deliveries for items not sold online but are instore e.g Plants, Compost & Sundries

Currently, we can deliver plants, compost and selected products using our fleet of vans. Please note this service is generally only available within the local proximately of Oaktree Garden Centre. Please ask a member of staff for delivery charges to your address.
