The BBQ Academy at Oaktree Garden Centre is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about the art of barbecuing and want to take their skills to the next level
There will be demonstrations and hands-on lessons in preparing and cooking meats, vegetables, and other dishes on a grill or smoker.
Our main goal is for you to walk away feeling confident cooking on any BBQ
Your teacher is James from JL Butchers. Fifteen years as an experienced chef and ten years ongoing as a butcher.
