Easy Returns:

You can send back or exchange any items you bought from us. However you will have to pay for the return postage.

For smaller items, you can use a service such as Interparcel , which offers a fixed-cost return option through their website (www.uk.interparcel.com). It can be more convenient and cost-effective than going to the Post Office.

For larger items like BBQs or garden furniture, it's best to contact us to arrange collection. The collection fee for larger pallet-delivered items, starts at £75 and £100 for garden furniture sets. Make sure to return items in their original condition and packaging. The product remains your responsibility until it safely reaches our warehouse. Include proof of delivery with your return to ensure a refund, as we cannot refund items that don't make it back to us.

Faulty Goods: You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 30 hours of delivery.

Damaged on Delivery: For goods that have arrived with damage caused by the Courier, You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 24 hours from the date of receiving delivery.
