Which pergola sizes use 3.6m screens?
These screens are designed to attach to the Royce Cube pergola frame and include all necessary fixings. Installation is straightforward and can be completed with basic tools. The screens can be fitted to any or all four sides of your pergola, depending on your privacy and protection requirements.
The 3.6m screens are designed specifically for the 3.6m wide sides of the Royce Cube 3.6x6m pergola. You'll need 2 x 3.6m screens for the shorter sides of this pergola model.
For complete enclosure of a 3.6x6m pergola, you need 2 x 3.6m screens (for the 3.6m sides) and 4 x 3m screens (2 per 6m side, as the 6m sides require two 3m screens each). You can also choose to install screens on just some sides depending on your needs.
Yes, the Royce Cube design allows screens on all four sides, providing complete enclosure if desired. This is a unique feature compared to other pergola models that limit screens to three sides due to roof-louvre winders on the fourth side.

Premium Delivery by Oaktree:
Selected postcodes can choose delivery using our vans & drivers. This is usually a two-person service, and they will assist in moving your products. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date, usually within five business days.
Express Delivery Service:
Our couriers aim to deliver the next business day if ordered before noon (Mon – Fri*). Selected addresses in Scotland, Wales & Cornwall may take longer but usually two business days.
The courier will try to call or text about an hour before delivery. Please note we cannot specify a time window. (AM delivery can be arranged for an additional fee; please contact us)
This is a one-person service. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please check the packaging is undamaged. The driver will typically take photos as proof of delivery. Should there be an issue, please report it to the driver and contact us within 24 hours.

Isle of Wight Large Product Deliveries
We do not offer a regular service to the Isle of Wight. However, our couriers can provide a bespoke service if you need a product urgently. Otherwise, contact us, and we will do our best to find a cost-effective solution.

Easy Returns: You can return or exchange any item. Just note that return postage is paid by the customer.
For smaller items, you can use services such as Royal Mail or Interparcel. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.
For larger items like BBQs or garden furniture, please contact us to arrange a collection. Collection fees start at £75 for pallet‑delivered items and £100 for garden furniture sets. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. The product remains your responsibility until it safely reaches our warehouse, so please retain proof of postage.
We cannot refund items that do not make it back to us or are not in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty Goods: You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 30 hours of delivery.
Damaged on Delivery: For goods that arrive with courier‑related damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
