Meet the Kettler Aura Round Cantilever Parasol – a stylish, practical way to enjoy more time outdoors. Ideal for relaxed lunches, lazy afternoons or entertaining friends, this 3m cantilever parasol provides generous shade exactly where you need it, without a central pole getting in the way. Its clean, modern design makes it an easy addition to any garden or patio.
Designed for simple, everyday use, the Aura is a tilting parasol with vertical tilt only, allowing you to adjust the canopy up and down as the sun changes position. The UV50+ removable canopy offers reliable protection, whilst thoughtful details such as taped seams and handy clips for hanging lights or decorations help you create a cosy, inviting outdoor setting.
As Kettler's entry-level cantilever option, the Aura offers excellent value whilst maintaining KETTLER quality. The robust aluminium frame supports the UV50+ removable canopy and thoughtful quality touches include taped seams at the rib ends and convenient clips for hanging lights or decorations.
The cross base frame is included; however, parasol base slabs are not included and must be purchased separately for safe and stable use. The parasol requires 4 x 25 kilo standard slabs with a 5cm depth (not included).
Available in stone or slate and supplied with a protective cover, it's an affordable and stylish way to enhance your garden lifestyle.
The Aura comes in a choice of 2 colours - stone and slate, including options that perfectly complement the entire KETTLER furniture collection—making it as stylish as it is innovative. An easy to assemble protective cover is also included.

Express Parcel Shipping:
Order before noon (Mon -Fri*) For same-day dispatch, usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
Standard Parcel Shipping:
A fully tracked service, usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
Premium Delivery by Oaktree:
Selected postcodes can choose delivery using our vans & drivers. This is usually a two-person service, and they will assist in moving your products. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date, usually within five business days.
Express Delivery Service:
Our couriers aim to deliver the next business day if ordered before noon (Mon – Fri*). Selected addresses in Scotland, Wales & Cornwall may take longer but usually two business days.
The courier will try to call or text about an hour before delivery. Please note we cannot specify a time window. (AM delivery can be arranged for an additional fee; please contact us)
This is a one-person service. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please check the packaging is undamaged. The driver will typically take photos as proof of delivery. Should there be an issue, please report it to the driver and contact us within 24 hours.

Isle of Wight Large Product Deliveries
We do not offer a regular service to the Isle of Wight. However, our couriers can provide a bespoke service if you need a product urgently. Otherwise, contact us, and we will do our best to find a cost-effective solution.

Easy Returns: You can return or exchange any item. Just note that return postage is paid by the customer.
For smaller items, you can use services such as Royal Mail or Interparcel. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.
For larger items like BBQs or garden furniture, please contact us to arrange a collection. Collection fees start at £75 for pallet‑delivered items and £100 for garden furniture sets. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. The product remains your responsibility until it safely reaches our warehouse, so please retain proof of postage.
We cannot refund items that do not make it back to us or are not in their original condition and packaging.
Faulty Goods: You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 30 hours of delivery.
Damaged on Delivery: For goods that arrive with courier‑related damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving delivery.

Our Warranty: Oaktree Garden Centre offer a one-year warranty from the original purchase date on any qualifying products with proof of purchase.
Extended Manufacturer Warranties: A number of products are offered with an extended manufacturer warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s terms and conditions to ensure qualification or if registration is required. In the event of a extended warranty claim, please in the first instants contact the manufacturer directly.
