Overview

Keep your garden cushions in top condition with the Kettler Large Aluminium Storage Box, which will keep them dry and well ventilated. Made with durable yet lightweight powder-coated aluminium, this rustproof storage box can be left outdoors all year round without deteriorating.

The large storage box features a waterproof zipped liner to keep your items protected from the elements. Gas hinges ensure the lid can be opened and closed easily, whilst the lockable fastener provides security for your stored items. For your convenience, the storage box has wheels on one side and handles, allowing the box to be moved easily around your garden or patio.

With minimum maintenance required, the aluminium storage box will look great for years to come. The powder-coated aluminium construction is rustproof and weatherproof, making it ideal for year-round outdoor use.

The generous dimensions accommodate cushions from multiple Kettler furniture sets. Medium aluminium storage box and aluminium sideboard also available to complete your storage solutions.

Express Parcel Shipping:
Order before noon (Mon -Fri*) For same-day dispatch, usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
Standard Parcel Shipping:
A fully tracked service, usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

Furniture & BBQ Delivery

Premium Delivery by Oaktree:
Selected postcodes can choose delivery using our vans & drivers. This is usually a two-person service, and they will assist in moving your products. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date, usually within five business days.

Express Delivery Service:
Our couriers aim to deliver the next business day if ordered before noon (Mon – Fri*). Selected addresses in Scotland, Wales & Cornwall may take longer but usually two business days.
The courier will try to call or text about an hour before delivery. Please note we cannot specify a time window. (AM delivery can be arranged for an additional fee; please contact us)
This is a one-person service. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please check the packaging is undamaged. The driver will typically take photos as proof of delivery. Should there be an issue, please report it to the driver and contact us within 24 hours.

Please Note:

• BBQs will usually be delivered on a non-returnable pallet
• Our courier will not leave orders without a signature unless you have instructed us beforehand via email of a safe space or location, and you agree to accept full responsibility for loss or unchecked damage.
• If access is likely a problem, please contact us before placing your order.
• The driver cannot move the goods inside your property due to insurance and health and safety issues.
• If you are unavailable when your goods are delivered on your pre-booked delivery date, re-delivery charges will apply.

Isle of Wight Large Product Deliveries

We do not offer a regular service to the Isle of Wight. However, our couriers can provide a bespoke service if you need a product urgently. Otherwise, contact us, and we will do our best to find a cost-effective solution.

Easy Returns: You can return or exchange any item. Just note that return postage is paid by the customer.

For smaller items, you can use services such as Royal Mail or Interparcel. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.

For larger items like BBQs or garden furniture, please contact us to arrange a collection. Collection fees start at £75 for pallet‑delivered items and £100 for garden furniture sets. You can reach our Customer Service team at 01344 578333 or ecom@oaktreegardencentre.co.uk to confirm the fee and schedule the collection.

Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. The product remains your responsibility until it safely reaches our warehouse, so please retain proof of postage.

We cannot refund items that do not make it back to us or are not in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty Goods: You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 30 hours of delivery.

Damaged on Delivery: For goods that arrive with courier‑related damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving delivery.

Our Warranty: Oaktree Garden Centre offer a one-year warranty from the original purchase date on any qualifying products with proof of purchase.

Extended Manufacturer Warranties: A number of products are offered with an extended manufacturer warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s terms and conditions to ensure qualification or if registration is required. In the event of a extended warranty claim, please in the first instants contact the manufacturer directly.
