The contemporary, height-adjustable garden table is characterised by its innovative features and will be the focal point of your garden, patio or conservatory.
The table offers the best of both worlds, during the day you can have it low as a coffee table and in the evening, you can change it to a dining table. Whatever position you want, the table can be adjusted easily and quickly to create your ideal setting.

The table is made to last with a sturdy square tube frame and a 5mm hand-woven synthetic wicker. The Palma table is weatherproof and UV-stabilised and can be left outdoors all year round.

Part of the popular Palma range, you can Mix and Match the table with a wide choice of armchairs or sofas to create a perfect set for you.

Care & Maintenance

  • This product may only be used for its intended purpose for residential premises. Any other uses may affect the warranty.
  • Kettler furniture is designed to be left outdoors all year round (excluding cushions). Cushions should be stored in a dry ambient temperature when not in use. Failure to comply with the outlined care instructions for the cushions will result in invalidating the warranty.
  • The Glass table top is made from toughened glass and conforms to the UK BS standard.
  • The Slat top table, during extreme heat or humidity, may display signs of slight warping. This is normal and will disappear once the temperature has cooled. 
  • This product is 100% recyclable. At the end of the product's life, please dispose of it responsibly.
  • Colours may vary slightly.

We recommend following these simple tips and instructions to ensure it retains its good looks.

  • Remove food and drink residue, tree sap and bird droppings as soon as possible to avoid staining. Marks should be removed using neat, mild detergent with a soft cloth and washed off with water.
  • Do not leave hot items directly on the table.
  • Coasters will protect your table from markings, including heat and water rings.
  • Do not drop anything sharp or heavy onto the table. Take care when placing items onto the table to avoid scratches.
  • Moving parts such as locking mechanisms, catches, and joints must be lubricated where necessary.
  • Kettler furniture can be covered – we recommend using Kettler tailored covers (where available) or universal breathable covers.

Express Parcel Shipping:
Order before noon (Mon -Fri*) For same-day dispatch, usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
Standard Parcel Shipping:
A fully tracked service, usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

Furniture & BBQ Delivery

Premium Delivery by Oaktree:
Selected postcodes can choose delivery using our vans & drivers. This is usually a two-person service, and they will assist in moving your products. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date, usually within five business days.

Express Delivery Service:
Our couriers aim to deliver the next business day if ordered before noon (Mon – Fri*). Selected addresses in Scotland, Wales & Cornwall may take longer but usually two business days.
The courier will try to call or text about an hour before delivery. Please note we cannot specify a time window. (AM delivery can be arranged for an additional fee; please contact us)
This is a one-person service. Someone must be present to accept the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please check the packaging is undamaged. The driver will typically take photos as proof of delivery. Should there be an issue, please report it to the driver and contact us within 24 hours.

Please Note:

  • BBQs will usually be delivered on a non-returnable pallet
  • Our courier will not leave orders without a signature unless you have instructed us beforehand via email of a safe space or location, and you agree to accept full responsibility for loss or unchecked damage.
  • If access is likely a problem, please contact us before placing your order.
  • The driver cannot move the goods inside your property due to insurance and health and safety issues.
  • If you are unavailable when your goods are delivered on your pre-booked delivery date, re-delivery charges will apply.


Isle of Wight Large Product Deliveries

We do not offer a regular service to the Isle of Wight. However, our couriers can provide a bespoke service if you need a product urgently. Otherwise, contact us, and we will do our best to find a cost-effective solution.

Easy Returns:

You can send back or exchange any items you bought from us. However you will have to pay for the return postage.

For smaller items, you could use a service such as Royal Mail or Interparcel . We advise you use tracked insured service.

For larger items like BBQs or garden furniture, it's best to contact us to arrange collection. The collection fee for larger pallet-delivered items, starts at £75 and £100 for garden furniture sets. You can reach our Customer Service team at 01344 578333 or ecom@oaktreegardencentre.co.uk to confirm the fee and schedule the collection.

Make sure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. The product remains your responsibility until it safely reaches our warehouse. (Please retain proof of postage)

We cannot refund items that don't make it back to us or are not in original condition & packaging .

Faulty Goods: You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 30 hours of delivery.

Damaged on Delivery: For goods that have arrived with damage caused by the Courier, You must notify us in accordance with our terms within 24 hours from the date of receiving delivery.

Kettler Wicker 3 Year Warranty

The 3 YEAR wicker warranty covers manufacturing faults and is for domestic use only. Terms & conditions apply. No warranty claims can be accepted without a valid proof of purchase.

Our Warranty: Oaktree Garden Centre offer a one-year warranty from the original purchase date on any qualifying products with proof of purchase.

Extended Manufacturer Warranties: A number of products are offered with an extended manufacturer warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s terms and conditions to ensure qualification or if registration is required. In the event of a extended warranty claim, please in the first instants contact the manufacturer directly.
