Each booking for Santa's Grotto is an exclusive experience just for your group. You can bring up to 3 children, who must be supervised by an appropriate adult. For the best experience, we recommend no more than 3 adults join the children in the grotto.

The Grotto experience involves a visit to Santa in his beautifully decorated Grotto only. Please note, this is different from the Winter Wonderland experience we offered in the past.

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Electronic Ticket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

Each booking is limited to 3 children per session. If you can’t book the desired number of places, please book a second session. If you have any particular group requirements, please email events@oaktreegardencentre.com, and we will try to fulfil them.

During your visit you are welcome to take pictures of your children.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance, allowing time to park.
